In the following section I will expose the projects that I lead and that together with the developers assigned to the project I worked hard on concepts of order and took advantage of the use of digital management tools such as Trello, Plastic, GitHub and GitLab to build the video game. We always implemented the use of agile methodologies such as Scrum and remote work best practices to optimize teamwork, meet deadlines and get the best results.
